Applicant Instructions
This year, AFDC Grants will be providing grants ranging from $25 to as much as $500 to help youth athletes attend fitness/skills camps or join leagues. Grants will be paid directly to the camp or league of each recipient’s choice to be applied to admission or membership fees.
All AFDC Grants applicants must submit the application below. We may contact you directly to clarify your responses. Please understand that AFDC Grants may not be able to meet every applicant’s need, but will do every effort to fund what we can.
Deadlines —– Now Open for Spring 2019!
-Application deadline is May 1, 2019
-Applicants to be notified by email by May 4, 2019
AFDC Grants also accepts rolling applications throughout the year to fill smaller needs in addition to our two primary award sessions in Spring and Fall. Contact afdcgrants@gmail.com for more information.
Guidelines and eligibility
-Must be a Georgia resident or attending a Georgia school
-Must use grant for an approved fitness/skills camp or league

-Passion for ultimate / service to community
-Athletic talent and potential
