Our annual elections are nearing their conclusion. The board proposes the following slate of candidates to take office in seven days. Any member of the corporation (as defined as someone who has played in a regular AFDC league in the 2024 or 2025 calendar year) who wishes to oppose anyone on this slate must do so in writing to president@afdc.com prior to October 8, 2025. Failure to oppose a candidate by any Member of the Corporation in accordance with the provisions of Article IV, Section 4 of the AFDC Bylaws shall be deemed a vote in support of the candidate by such Member.
Below is the slate of candidates proposed to serve on the 2026 board:
- Secretary: Karin Mack
- Treasurer: Sam Jones
- Juniors Director: Hayley Cotton
- Social Director: Stephen Jira
- At-large Directors:
- Amy Smith
- Tyson Puckett
- Zaki Durry
The positions of President, Ultimate Director, and Goaltimate Director were not vacant. The remainder of the board roles were not filled and remain vacant.
NOTE: In order to give the new board a chance to determine its operating schedule, the October Board Meeting (originally planned for October 1) has been postponed.
