Per the elections procedures in our bylaws, the AFDC membership has elected the previously proposed slate of candidates. As of October 8th, the AFDC board is as follows:
- President: Pete Holiday
- Secretary: Karin Mack
- Treasurer: Sam Jones
- Ultimate Director: Barckley Toole
- Goaltimate Director: Chris Arbaugh
- Juniors Director: Hayley Cotton
- Social Director: Stephen Jira
- At-large Directors:
- Amy Smith
- Tyson Puckett
- Zaki Durry
The board has also approved bylaws changes making our DEI and Atlanta Women’s Ultimate chairs voting directors and has proposed the following two members to fill those roles:
- DEI: Liv Ford
- Women’s Ultimate: Evelina Pierce
Any member of the corporation (as defined as someone who has played in a regular AFDC league in the 2024 or 2025 calendar year) who wishes to oppose anyone on this slate must do so in writing to president@afdc.com prior to October 16, 2025. Failure to oppose a candidate by any Member of the Corporation in accordance with the provisions of Article IV, Section 4 of the AFDC Bylaws shall be deemed a vote in support of the candidate by such Member.
