Our annual elections are nearing their conclusion. The board proposes the following slate of candidates to take office on October 1. Any member of the corporation (as defined as someone who has played in a regular AFDC league in the 2025 or 2026 calendar year) who wishes to oppose anyone on this slate must do so in writing to elections@afdc.com prior to October 1, 2026.
In accordance with the provisions of Article IV, Section 4 of the AFDC Bylaws, any member does not submit their vote in writing shall be deemed a vote in support of the candidate. Opposition by more than 10% of the Members of the Corporation shall constitute a rejection of the candidate.
Below is the slate of candidates proposed to serve on the 2026 board:
- President: Stephen Jira
- Webmaster: Pete Holiday
The positions of Secretary, Treasurer, Ultimate Director, Goaltimate Director, DEI Director, and Social Director were not vacant.
There were no nominees for Atlanta Women’s Ultimate Director.
