Summer league is back, and registration for WMP opens today! MMP registration opens on May 8, and all registration closes on May 20. Get registered ASAP!!!
Summer League DETAILS:
- Day & Time: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm
- Location: Walker Park, Benteen Park, Candler Park, and Chastain Park
- Key Dates:
- May 1: Registration opens for WMP
- May 8: Regular registration opens
- May 27: Draft
- June 3: League play starts!
- July 12: Mid-season tournament
- August 9-10: End of Season tournament
- August 23: End of Season Party!
But wait – there’s more! We are holding a “learn to play” event at the Historic 4th Ward skateboard park on May 11, 2025, to build awareness of the AFDC and attract new players. We need a dozen or so folks to volunteer to play pickup, meet new people, and generally have fun. Contact Barckley Toole (barckleytoole@gmail.com) if you are interested in helping out.
