TRYING OUT? REGISTER FOR YCC TRYOUTS HERE.
USA Ultimate’s Youth Club Championships (YCC) bring together the nation’s best youth club teams to compete for national championships. The event hosts teams in the under-20 boys’, girls’ and mixed divisions and under-17 boys’ and girls’ divisions.
More info on Atlanta’s YCC Teams can be seen HERE. This season, Atlanta will send 5 travel club teams to compete in the tournament in Colorado on August 1-3.
Official Tryouts for the teams will take place starting in March 2026. Practices will begin after Memorial Day and run through the end of July. The 5 teams we are offering this season are as follows:
- rATLers, U-17 Girls
- ATLas U-17 Boys
- cATLanta U-20 Girls
- ATLiens U-20 Boys
- flATline U-20 Mixed
What: This registration form is to attend TRYOUTS to be placed on one of our five YCC teams.
Who: Any youth ultimate player interested in trying out and participating in our YCC program! Players who are not sure if they are interested in participating in the program over the summer are still encouraged to try out. Simply attending tryouts itself is an experience that will improve play. Likewise, even if players are only able to attend a single tryout date, we still encourage them to attend!!
Please note:
Youth Players born in 2010 or later are only eligible to play on the U-17 Teams (rATLers U-17 Girls or ATLas U-17 Boys).
Youth Players born from 2007-2009 are only eligible to play on the U-20 Teams (cATLanta U-20 Girls, ATLiens U-20 Boys, or flATLine U-20 Mixed).
Players are encouraged to attend at least 2 tryout dates for their age group.

March 7 & 8:
U-20 Mixed (flATLine) 10:00am – 12:30pm
March 14 & 15:
U-17 Boys (ATLas) 12:00-2:30pm
U-20 Boys (ATLiens) 2:30-5:00pm
March 21 & 22:
U-17 Boys (ATLas) 12:00-2:30pm
U-20 Boys (ATLiens) 2:30-4:30pm
U-20 Mixed (flATLine) 4:30-5:30pm
U-20 Girls (cATLanta) 5:30-7:30pm
U-17 Girls (rATLers) 5:00-7:30pm
March 31 & April 1:
U-17 Girls (rATLers) Time & Location TBD
U-20 Girls (cATLanta) Time & Location TBD
Where: All weekend tryout dates will take place at Ebster Park (125 Electric Ave, Decatur GA 30030). March 31 and April 1 Tryouts are TBD.
Why: The YCC program is the opportunity to team up with our city’s best players under expert coaching, and to represent Atlanta. Additionally, the YCC tournament itself is the highest level of youth play where you’ll be able to play against the country’s top youth players.
YCC Tryouts are an experience to play with and against our city’s best players. Tryouts are a cost-effective way to get high quality coaching, instruction, and playing experience, even for players that don’t ultimately play in the program in the summer.
Cost: Sliding scale from $10-200 for the event to accommodate financial need. Payment options are at the end of the registration form.
