These are the rule sets for the upcoming 2026 season. We are currently taking feedback from coaches/managers. The handbook will be finalized in January 2026
USA Ultimate Team, Coach, and Player Registration and Rostering Process.
These are the instructions on how to register and roster your team, yourself, and your players in our AFDC League. The registration deadline is February 1.
League Calendar
This is the League calendar for the season.
Key Dates:
Practices Start: Jan. 1 2026
League Play Begins, Minimum Roster Deadline and League Fees Due: Feb 8. 2026
ATL HS Terminus Tournament: Feb 28 & Mar 1 2026
Round Robin #1: Mar 28 2026
Round Robin #2 (tentative): Apr 18 2026
End of Season State Championships: April 25/26 2026
YCC Tryouts: Various Dates in March 2026. See Calendar.
Combination Team Request Form
This is for programs that want to host a team, but may not have enough players to full a field team, and thus may want to combine with another school’s program.
Girls Player Interest Form
This is for girls players/parents who are interested in playing but are not sure if their school program either has a team or has enough players for a full team. We will do our best to help place players on a team and/or figure out the best situation for them.
Coach Request Form (For Programs/Team That Need Coaching Help)
This is for teams that have the numbers to participate, but need a coach. We’ll do our best to help find a coach for you.
Coach (and Volunteer) Interest Form
WE ARE SEEKING MORE HIGH SCHOOL COACHES! This form is for individuals in the community who are interested in helping coach a school team (or otherwise help coach and/or volunteer at youth events). Fill this out if you’re interested in a coaching position.
To Join the HS League this Spring:
1) Sign league Handbook Acknowledgement Form
- Here is the finalized league handbook for Spring 2026.
- Here is the Handbook Acknowledgement Form required to participate in the league. A representative from each TEAM (not program) needs to sign this form by February 1st. It’ll take 1-2 minutes.
2) Pay League Dues
- Pay via paypal <juniors@afdc.com> (preferred)
- $150 for a returning open team
- $100 for a new open team
- $100 for all girls teams
- Please clearly label which team(s) you’re paying for AND that you’re paying for League Fees(i.e. Maynard Jackson Open Varsity and Girls Varsity — League Fees)
- Friends and Family option preferred (so we don’t get docked for fees)
- If you need to send $ via check or an invoice to pay please let us know, and we’ll figure it out.
- League Fees are likewise due by February 1st. Let me know if you have any questions.
