AFDC Grants is providing grants for up to $50 to help youth and college ultimate athletes attend fitness/skills clinics or join leagues for Fall 2015. Grants will be paid directly to the camp or league of each recipient’s choice and will be applied to admission/membership fees.
Deadlines
-Application deadline is November 1, 2015 (midnight)
Guidelines and eligibility
-Must be a Georgia resident or attending a Georgia school or university
-Must use grant for an approved fitness/skills camp or league
Example camps/leagues/events
— AFDC Fall Ultimate or Goaltimate league
— AFDC Metro Middle School league
— City of Atlanta afterschool program
Criteria to be considered
-Financial need
-Passion for ultimate / service to community
-Athletic talent and potential
